Staff

 

Administration

	Linda Hobson Linda is responsible for the day to day running of the Tabernacle, looking after all the financial and administrative needs of the church. Linda has held this post for 29 years.
	Geraldine Higgins. Geraldine works alongside Linda in the administration department for 17 years. She deals with the accounts, church records and other administrative duties.
	Lesley Dornan Lesley has been the the church receptionist for the last 8 years. She is likely to be the first person people meet when they enter the Tabernacle. She also assists with administration.

 

Buildings and Care

	Mervyn Foster Mervyn Foster is in charge of all electrical and maintenance work within the Tabernacle. He carried out the electrical installation in the current building and continues to look after all things electrical.
	John McAllister John McAllister is responsible for all building work going on within the Tabernacle including the new Youth Complex. John has worked with Pastor McConnell since the very first church was built all those years ago.
	Darren McAllister Darren is assistant caretaker, helping out in the many tasks of keeping the building clean and secure.

 

Technical, Media and Production

	Albert Beattie Albert runs the duplication ministry and the tape desk. Albert has been involved in the Tabernacle for many years. He has been in charge of this ministry for over 13 years.
	Trevor Bowron Trevor is the Tabernacle Technical Director for all of the video and television output from the Tabernacle. Having been part of the church for over 21 years, he has been been on staff for the last 9 years with overall responsibility for the TV production.
	Ian McAlees Ian is the Audio Production Director and IT manager within the tabernacle. Having been a member of the Tabernacle for over 21 years, working alongside Trevor he has been employed since 2003.
	Peter Snowden Peter is the Graphic Designer here at the Tabernacle. He is responsible for all printed materials and resources used by the tabernacle. He also designs all our audio and video packaging. He has been a member of the Tabernacle since 1988, and has been on-staff for the last 7 years.

 

Other Areas

	Colin Blake Colin has been the Tabernacle's mechanic for over 28 years, looking after our fleet of buses including the many buses equipped with disabled facilities such as chair lifts.
	Karen Gourley & Jill Cupples Karen and Jill (on staff for 14 and 13 years respectively) are responsible for the catering within the Church and also the day-to-day running of the Tabernacle coffee-shop.

 

Befrienders Ministry

Terry Fairfowl Terry is the leader of our Befrienders ministry which is a ministry to disabled people. Terry has been a member of the Tabernacle for 34 years and has led the befrienders ministry for over 12 years and also is responsible for our Children's Hospice in Kenya which looks after many children with disablities and severe illness.
